About our Chief Health Coach

Abigail Ajgarni, comes from a family steeped in the world of sports. Her grandfather, a national-level football player, and her father, a state-level cricketer and umpire, instilled in her the values of discipline and healthy eating from a young age.

This family influence sparked Abigail's passion for holistic wellness. After completing her graduation in applied nutrition from SNDT, Mumbai University she pursued a Master's degree in Sports Nutrition from Nirmala Niketan, Mumbai University, further solidifying her commitment to this field.

Abigail's dedication to learning didn't stop there. She sought mentorship from the best nutritionists in India, renowned figures like celebrity health coach Ryan Fernando and performance nutrition expert Rashmi Cherian, enriching her knowledge base. Additionally, she deepened her understanding of Yogic Sciences by completing a Yoga Teacher Training program at Bodhi School of Yoga in India.

Abigail's expertise has benefited a wide range of athletes. She has worked with Indian stars like squash player Yash Fadte, javelin thrower Annu Rani, Paralympic swimmer Niranjan Mukunden, racewalker Manish Rawat, cricketer Smriti Mandhana, marathon runner Nitendra Singh Rawat, and swimmer Sopriyo Mondal.

Her passion extends beyond elite athletes. Abigail's love for children has driven her to transform the performance of young athletes, including MTB racer Nitila Das, badminton player Hrissha Dube, and national cycling champion Savion Babu.

Abigail's mission extends beyond sports performance. She is dedicated to helping individuals manage and overcome lifestyle diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, thyroid conditions, and PCOS.

Presently she is leading our team from Munich, Germany.
